One-time payment, no subscription. Prices include VAT where applicable. Orders are processed by Stripe as merchant of record (“Sold through Link”), which handles payment, tax and receipts.

What exactly is in a report?
Your priorities and how they were weighted, your ranking of all eligible countries, a side-by-side comparison of your shortlist, every underlying indicator with its year, a short written summary and a checklist of next steps. See the sample report for a full example.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep your reports. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Who am I buying from?
Orders are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record (reseller) through its “Sold through Link” service. Stripe handles payment, tax calculation and collection, and support for the transaction itself. Jonkai Ventures OÜ, the company behind Switch Horizon, provides the product and support for it.
What will appear on my card statement and receipt?
Your statement shows a charge from LINK.COM followed by our name. Stripe (Link) emails you the receipt and invoice. Questions about the product go to us at info@switchhorizon.com; questions about the payment itself can also go to Link support.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't created a report with that purchase. Request it from your dashboard and it's issued straight away, or email us. Once a report has been created with a purchase, it is no longer refundable.
What about the EU right of withdrawal?
At checkout you agree that access starts immediately, which ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery begins. Our refund policy still applies on top: a full refund within 14 days if no report was created with the purchase.
When do I use a report credit?
A credit is used only when you create a report from your results. Unused credits stay in your account.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers follow-up research questions about relocating. It can be wrong and it isn't legal, tax or immigration advice, so always check important points with official sources.
